Before you can activate sensor sharing on Bever Innovations smart devices, you first want to check whether all devices are allowed to share or receive sensor information. The Smart+ licence for sharing sensor data is available for all devices, and many devices have the Smart+ licence enabled by default. 

This article describes how to activate the Smart+ licences on your Bever Innovations smart device.

A Smart+ licences for use on your devices can be purchased from Bever Innovations. If you have not purchased a licence, please contact your sales representative.

1. Add the licence to your account

Once you have purchased the licence, you will receive an email. 

Follow the link in the email, log in to your account and activate the licence.

If you do not yet have an account, please create your account first.

As soon as you are logged into your account, link the licence to your account by clicking on ‘Link to account’.

You will then be redirected to the Bever portal.

NOTE
Your Smart+ licence should be visible on the Bever Dashboard under ‘Licences’.

2 Activate Smart+ on your smart device

1. Open the Bever App.

   The app starts searching for compatible partition walls. 

2. Open the network

3. From the menu ...  Select ‘Device Licenses’.

4. Download the information from the smart device by tapping the ‘Download’ button ,

5. Select the Smart+ licence to be used 

6. Activate the Smart+ licence by ticking the box behind the device. 

    The Smart+ licence is activated on your smart device.
