It's always annoying when products break down. Fortunately, we can repair many products. Before you return your Bever product for repair, we would like to ask you to check whether your product is still under warranty.
If your product is out of warranty or we cannot repair it, it is a waste to send it back.

Before you send an product back to Bever Innovations, please check first if it is still within its limited warranty period
To do so, you might have to check the production date or serial number

If you have established the product is still within its warranty period, fill out the form on the support site. 
Please mark the type as RMA and do not forget to mention the products serial number


You will be issued a return form by our support team.

Please print out the document and add it with the return shipment. The return address can be found on the second page of this document.
