When you are at the home page you can simply click on the "New support ticket" and submit your question.


Answers for your ticket will be send to the registered email address that is used while submitting your ticket.

If needed a public URL will be send within the reply so you can view all communication of your ticket without the need of an account/login. 


Note: The "Check ticket status" will only work when you are logged in.
