By requesting an account you automatically accept that your registered email address may also be used to send information related to this webportal. This can relate to new manuals, software upgrade or new product information. Your email address will not be shared with any other third party.
How to request an account:
Go to the Customer support portal en create a new support ticket.
You will be prompted with a new window where you are asked to fill in information. Not all field are obligated to fill in but we strongly advise to fill in the form as completely as possible. It does help to speed up the approval process. The approval and response is a manual action by our team and can take up to 48 hours.
After the account request is received our team will check whether the account can be approved. After the account is approved a seperate email will be send to the registered email address which will contain a confirmation link. By clicking on this link, you are asked to choose a password for your account.
You can now login and benefit all manuals and software that is available on this support portal.
